Prospera Global Limited, previously known as Sinjia Land Limited, has announced significant changes to its board and committees effective from October 1, 2024. Key appointments include Mr. Guo Jiahui as the new Executive Director and CEO, and Mr. Tan Cher Chuan, Justin as a Non-Executive and Independent Director taking on multiple committee roles. Concurrently, the company noted the resignations of Mr. Cheong Weixiong and Mr. Mannar Rajkumar from their executive positions.
