Prosper Gold Corp. has successfully completed a private placement, raising $465,000 by issuing flow-through units to finance its Cyprus Project exploration activities. The placement also involved issuing warrants and broker warrants, with a four-month hold period on all securities. Additionally, the company granted stock options to three key individuals, valid for five years.
