Prosper Gold Corp. has successfully completed a private placement financing, securing $570,000 through the sale of 5.7 million units priced at $0.10 each. The units include common shares and warrants, which allow the purchase of additional shares at $0.20 within two years. The funds raised are intended to support the company’s Cyprus Project explorations and for general corporate purposes.
