In his stead, Mr. Liu Junchun, with a rich background in law and executive roles in various companies, has been appointed as an independent non-executive Director. Mr. Liu’s appointment comes with a renewable one-year term and a monthly remuneration of HK$21,600, emphasizing his qualifications and alignment with the company’s strategic direction.
