Prospector Metals Secures Property and Funds

Ethos Gold (TSE:PPP) has released an update.

Prospector Metals Corp. has successfully completed the acquisition of the ML Property from Troilus Gold Corporation and has concluded a private placement, raising $2 million. With the acquisition, Troilus now holds a 19.9% interest in Prospector, while the private placement involved issuing units that combine common shares and purchase warrants, enhancing the company’s financial flexibility.
