Prospector Metals Corp. has completed a non-brokered private placement, securing $750,000 through the sale of charity flow-through units at $0.21 each, with additional warrants. The funds will support exploration activities on the ML Property in Yukon Territory. The offering involves finder’s fees and warrants, and the shares will support Canadian resource exploration expenses to be incurred by the end of 2025.
