Prospector Metals Corp. has completed a share consolidation, with each new share representing three previous shares, effective March 4, 2024. The company’s common shares will continue trading under the ticker ‘PPP’ with a reduced number of approximately 21.15 million shares outstanding. The adjustment also applies to existing stock options and warrants, with no change in name or trading symbol accompanying the consolidation.
