Prospect Ridge Resources Corp. has successfully completed the initial tranche of its private placement, raising $2,125,520 by issuing over 13 million units at 16 cents each, alongside planning a further private placement of flow-through units to raise up to $1.8 million. The funds will bolster the British Columbia-based company’s efforts in gold exploration within the Golden Triangle region, leveraging their team’s century-spanning collective experience in mineral exploration.
