Prospect Resources Limited has announced the opening of its Share Purchase Plan (SPP), offering eligible shareholders the chance to buy up to A$30,000 worth of new shares at A$0.10 each, free of brokerage and transaction costs. The SPP aims to raise A$2 million to fund exploration and development of their Mumbezhi Copper Project in Zambia, along with seeking other mineral opportunities in the region, and to provide general working capital. The offer, not available in the US, is open for a limited time, with the company reserving the right to scale back applications based on certain conditions.
