Prospect Prediction Markets Inc. has signed a C$1.57 million development and platform agreement with Intellistake Technologies Corp. to build Gravity, a modular liquidity and execution software layer for prediction markets. Under the deal, Intellistake will design and develop Gravity while Prospect co-funds the project and receives a two-year exclusive license to integrate and use the system on its sports-focused platform.
The agreement structures US$550,000 in payments for three development stages, followed by a 24‑month license at US$25,000 per month, with total development costs expected at US$300,000. Gravity is intended to tackle persistent liquidity challenges in prediction markets—such as thin order books at extreme odds, slippage during breaking news, and shallow depth at launch—potentially improving market quality and positioning Prospect more competitively in a rapidly expanding sector where trading volumes and sports-driven activity are surging.
