Prospech Ltd. Schedules AGM and Directors’ Re-election

Prospech Ltd. (AU:PRS) has released an update.

Prospech Limited has announced its Annual General Meeting (AGM) to be held on May 21, 2024, at its Sydney office, where shareholders as of May 19 will be eligible to vote. The AGM agenda includes the adoption of the annual financial reports and directors’ reports, and resolutions for the re-election of Directors Stephen Gemell and Thomas Mann, as well as the ratification of a significant share issuance that occurred in December 2023.
