Prospa Group Director Sells All Shares

Prospa Group Ltd. (AU:PGL) has released an update.

Beaumont Francis James Bertoli, a director of Prospa Group Limited, has sold all his direct and indirect shareholdings in the company, totaling 9,809,644 fully paid ordinary shares, at a value of $0.45 per share. This major change in director’s interest occurred in conjunction with the company’s acquisition by a consortium led by Salter Brothers Tech Fund through a Scheme of Arrangement. Following the transaction, Bertoli holds no shares in Prospa Group.
