Prosegur Compañía de Seguridad, S.A. has announced that Helena Revoredo Delvecchio will maintain exclusive control over Gubel, S.L., the majority shareholder of Prosegur, despite holding less than 50% of its share capital. Through a syndication agreement, Revoredo will control the majority of the voting rights, ensuring her continued influence over the company and its subsidiary, Prosegur Cash, S.A.
