Prosegur Cash (ES:CASH) has released an update.
Prosegur Cash, S.A. will proceed with the second installment of its proposed dividend payment on July 23, 2024, distributing 0.0101 euros gross per share from its voluntary reserves. Shareholders must own the company shares by July 18 to be entitled to this payment, with the ex-dividend date set for July 19. The payment follows the General Shareholders’ Meeting’s approval of all resolutions presented by the Board.
