Prosafe reported 100% fleet utilisation for November 2025, with its Brazilian units Safe Eurus, Safe Notos and Safe Zephyrus operating at near-perfect commercial uptime, while the Special Periodic Surveys for Safe Notos and Safe Zephyrus have been deferred to be completed by the end of the first quarter of 2026. In the UK, Safe Caledonia achieved full commercial uptime at the Captain Field and had its current contract extended to early February 2026, with remaining options and a new Letter of Intent from Ithaca Energy for a six‑month charter starting in the second quarter of 2027 worth an estimated USD 30–44 million, while in Australia Safe Boreas has arrived and begun earning full day rate ahead of a 15‑month firm period expected to start in early 2026; management highlighted that all units are now contracted into 2027, underpinning revenue visibility and positioning Prosafe to benefit from strong market conditions through higher day rates, improved efficiency and future EBITDA growth.
