Prophecy International Holdings Ltd ( (AU:PRO) ) has issued an update.
Prophecy International has completed its AI Studio evaluation project and signed an agreement to deploy the new Agentic AI software module alongside its existing emite and Snare products. The company is compensating the AI software provider partly in equity, issuing an initial 300,000 shares now and a further 500,000 shares in December 2026.
AI Studio uses AI agents to convert operational and security data into real-time intelligence, explaining performance shifts, detecting anomalies and recommending actions. Following positive feedback from trial customers, Prophecy will sell AI Studio as an upgrade across its product suite, aiming to enhance customer retention, boost revenue from new and existing clients and accelerate its sales cycle, with an official launch planned in May.
