Property For Industry Limited ( (NZ:PFI) ) has issued an announcement.

Property for Industry Limited has launched a NZ$200 million senior secured fixed-rate bond issue, designated PFI040, to be listed on the NZX Debt Market. The bonds, with a face value of NZ$1.00 each and minimum applications of NZ$5,000, carry a 5.35% annual interest rate and mature on 13 October 2032.

Interest on the PFI040 bonds will be paid quarterly on 13 January, 13 April, 13 July and 13 October each year, starting 13 July 2026, with Public Trust acting as supervisor and Computershare as registrar. Trading is expected to commence on 14 April 2026, underscoring PFI’s ongoing use of listed debt as part of its long-term funding and capital structure.
