Promino Nutritional Sciences Inc. has successfully completed the initial tranche of its private placement, raising $1.72 million by issuing over 9.5 million units at $0.18 each, including common shares and warrants. The capital raised will be directed towards boosting sales and fulfillment for its muscle strength and recovery beverages, as well as for general corporate expenses and settling existing debts. Additionally, the company is settling a $26,250 debt with a service provider by issuing common shares, subject to regulatory approval.
