Promino Nutritional Sciences Inc. has successfully completed its acquisition of Helios Helium Corp., further expanding its portfolio in the nutraceutical market. The deal included the issuance of over 35 million Promino shares and the adjustment of Helios warrants, which will now be exercisable for Promino shares. Additionally, a $1-million bridge loan from Helios to Promino was forgiven as part of the acquisition.
