Prominence Energy Limited has announced the issue of 19,375,000 new options exercisable at $0.03, with an expiration date set for March 14, 2025. These options, detailed in the company’s latest Appendix 3G filing, are unquoted and will not be available for trading on the ASX. The issuance, which took place on May 16, 2024, is part of a transaction previously disclosed to the market.
