Progen Holdings Ltd announced a reshuffle of its board and various committees, appointing Ms. Heng Su-Ling Mae as an Independent Non-Executive Director. She will also serve as Chairman of the Nominating Committee and sit on both the Audit and Risk Committee and the Remuneration Committee. The changes, effective from May 6, 2024, aim to enhance the company’s governance despite not fully complying with the Independent Director majority requirement.
