ProFrac Holding Corp. has appointed Michael Henry as its principal accounting officer, bringing his extensive experience from previous roles at ProFrac Holdings II, Basic Energy Services, and RadioShack Corporation to the position. Henry, a seasoned financial expert with a BBA in Accounting from Texas Christian University, has agreed to terms including a base salary of $325,000 and eligibility for various incentive programs. His employment is secured by an indemnification agreement and an employment agreement that allows for severance benefits should his tenure be terminated without cause.
