Profound Medical Corp. is set to launch a public offering of common shares, aiming to raise funds for the expansion and commercialization of their TULSA-PRO and Sonalleve systems. The offering will be managed by Raymond James Ltd. and Lake Street Capital Markets and is expected to close by December 10, 2024, subject to market conditions and approvals.
