Prodigy Gold NL has announced an addendum to its Notice of Annual General Meeting, including a new resolution for the appointment of an auditor following a change in May 2024. Shareholders are advised to review the additional resolution and use a replacement proxy form if they wish to change their vote or vote on the new resolution. The company’s Annual General Meeting will proceed as scheduled on October 30, 2024, with no changes to the location or time.
