Prodigy Gold NL is launching a non-renounceable entitlement offer to raise approximately $1 million, which will be used to fund exploration work on key projects and metallurgical test work. Eligible shareholders can buy new shares at a discounted price and receive attaching options, but must act by a certain deadline to avoid shareholding dilution. The offer, detailed in the company’s prospectus, is open to shareholders in Australia and New Zealand, excluding the United States.
