Probe Gold Holds Successful Annual Meeting

Probe Metals (TSE:PRB) has released an update.

Probe Gold Inc. has announced the successful election of all nominee directors and the appointment of MNP LLP as the company’s auditor at its Annual General Meeting held in Toronto. With a 63.9% shareholder turnout, the directors were elected with an overwhelming majority of votes in favor, each receiving between 96% to 98.42% support.
