Proact IT Group AB has appointed Jonas Ekman, currently VP Corporate Development, as Deputy CEO effective 1 April 2026, succeeding Magnus Lönn, who became President and CEO in March 2025. Ekman brings extensive experience in strategy, business development and M&A, and has played a central role in Proact’s strategic development and key acquisitions since joining the company in 2019.
In his expanded role, Ekman will support the CEO and Group Management in both operational and strategic work, while assuming greater responsibility for commercial areas such as brand development and supplier relations. He will retain his position as VP Corporate Development and Group Management member, reinforcing continuity in Proact’s ongoing transformation and its focus on value creation through acquisitions, innovation and growth.
