Proact IT Group AB has called its Annual General Meeting for 5 May 2026 in Solna, giving shareholders the option to participate in person, by proxy or via postal voting in line with Swedish company law. Shareholders must be registered with Euroclear Sweden by 24 April 2026 and complete the required notifications or voting registrations by 28 April 2026 to exercise their rights.
The agenda includes adoption of the 2025 financial statements, decisions on profit allocation and discharge of the board and CEO, as well as elections to the board and auditor roles and approval of remuneration. Shareholders will also vote on the 2026 performance share scheme and an authorisation allowing the board to issue new shares, measures that could influence Proact’s capital structure, governance and long-term incentive alignment with shareholders.
