Proact IT Group AB ( (SE:PACT) ) has provided an update.
Proact IT Group AB reported modest first-quarter 2026 revenue growth of 2.3% to SEK 1,243 million, but delivered a sharp improvement in profitability, with adjusted EBITA up 45.7% and margin rising to 9.3%. Earnings per share increased to SEK 3.04, cash flow from operations strengthened markedly, and recurring cloud and support revenues remained stable, underscoring the resilience of its services base.
Operationally, Proact advanced its strategic positioning by being appointed an authorised VMware Cloud Service Provider within Broadcom’s partner program and by signing a new loan agreement that adds financial flexibility through a EUR 20 million term facility and a SEK 600 million revolving credit line. After the quarter, the company flagged that Q1 results would significantly exceed expectations and agreed to divest its Dutch staffing business, signalling a clearer focus on core cloud and IT infrastructure services and potentially improving its long-term margin profile.
