Pro-Pac Packaging Limited has informed the ASX of the cessation of Jonathan Ling as a director of the company as of June 30, 2024. The notice also disclosed that Ling has a relevant interest in 430,114 securities through the Ling Family Super Pty Limited, which is a superannuation fund controlled by him. No direct registered holdings in the company’s securities were reported for the departing director.
