Prismo Metals Inc. has settled an outstanding debt by agreeing to issue 180,000 common shares, valued at $0.17 each, to a creditor in lieu of $30,600. The settlement will be subject to a four-month hold under Canadian securities laws and applicable restrictions outside of Canada. This move is part of the company’s financial strategy as it continues its focus on precious metal and copper projects in Mexico and Arizona.
