Prismo Metals Inc. has successfully completed a non-brokered private placement, raising $1,147,500 through the issuance of 6,750,000 units. The funds are earmarked for drilling at the company’s Palos Verdes silver project and general working capital, with the potential for reallocating funds for strategic purposes. The placement also resulted in the issuance of finder’s warrants and payment of commissions to facilitate the investment process.
