An announcement from Prisma Properties AB ( (SE:PRISMA) ) is now available.

Prisma Properties has signed long-term lease agreements with leading quick service restaurant operators Burger King, ChopChop and Linnea & Basilika for six roadside locations in Sweden and Denmark, backed by an average lease term of nearly 20 years and an expected annual rental value of about SEK 12 million once fully completed.
