Prinx Chengshan Holdings Limited has announced an interim dividend of HKD 0.15 per share for the first half of the financial year ending December 31, 2024. Shareholders on the company’s register by the record date of September 30, 2024, will be eligible for the dividend, which will be paid on October 23, 2024. In compliance with PRC tax laws, a 10% withholding tax will be applied to non-resident enterprise shareholders.
