Principal Technologies Inc. has revised its stock option plan to allow for the granting of options for up to 20% of its outstanding common shares, in line with regulatory guidelines. The company has also issued stock options to key officers and consultants, as well as a significant conditional stock option grant to its CEO, all subject to regulatory and shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting.
