Principal Technologies has entered into a research and development agreement with the University of Oxford to develop a thermal sensor for medical applications, including cancer diagnosis and treatment. Additionally, the company is divesting its majority stake in its Austrian subsidiary, E&E CRO Consulting GmbH, to focus more on its own R&D activities, while maintaining a minority interest in the subsidiary.
