Prime US REIT Announces Upcoming Distribution

Prime US REIT (SG:OXMU) has released an update.

Prime US REIT has announced a distribution of 0.18 U.S. cents per unit to be paid on September 30, 2024, with the record date set for August 21, 2024. The distribution primarily consists of U.S. source portfolio interest and does not include any effectively connected income (ECI), return of capital, non-US source income, or amounts in excess of cumulative net income (ECNI). This distribution follows the REIT’s results announcement for the first half of 2024.
