Havyard Group ASA (DE:1H2) has released an update.
Primary insiders Rune Skarveland and Trond Narve Skarveland have sold their 21.2% stake in Eqva ASA for NOK 76.4 million, at NOK 4.80 per share, the same price as the recent private placement. The sale was made through their investment companies due to the need to realize values after incurring significant real estate losses. Despite the sale, the Skarvelands will continue in their board roles, and Nordic Corporate Bank, the new shareholder, seeks a board seat and supports Eqva’s strategy.
