Premium Nickel Resources Ltd. has successfully completed the first part of their private placement, raising C$15 million by issuing over 19 million units at C$0.78 each. These funds will be directed towards the advancement of nickel-copper-cobalt sulphide assets in Botswana and for general corporate purposes. A second tranche is expected to close soon, with significant participation from EdgePoint Investment Group Inc., which has also secured certain investor rights including a board nomination.
