Premium Nickel Resources Ltd. has initiated a $15 million private placement of 19,230,770 units to fund their mineral asset development in Botswana and support general corporate needs. Major investors include EdgePoint Investment Group Inc., contributing to a large portion of the funds. The offering, which includes common shares and warrants, is slated to close by June 14, 2024, subject to regulatory approvals.
