Premium Nickel Resources Ltd. has increased its non-brokered private placement offering from C$15 million to C$27.5 million due to strong demand, particularly from existing shareholders. The offering, priced at $0.78 per unit, is fully subscribed, with the first tranche closing on June 14 and the final tranche on June 21, 2024. All necessary regulatory approvals, including that of the TSX Venture Exchange, are pending for the successful completion of the offering.
