In a recent update, Premier1 Lithium Limited has announced the appointment of Jason Froud as a director effective June 1, 2024. Froud has been granted 5.5 million performance rights and 3.5 million share options, each with specific conditions and an expiry date of June 1, 2027. These incentives align with his employment agreement and are pending board approval.
