Premier American Uranium Secures C$5.77M Funding

Premier American Uranium Inc (TSE:PUR) has released an update.

Premier American Uranium Inc. has announced the successful closure of a C$5.77 million private placement to fund future exploration programs and for general corporate purposes. The offering included the sale of over 2.3 million subscription receipts, each convertible into a unit of the company’s common shares and warrants, upon meeting certain conditions. The proceeds are currently held in escrow, with terms stating a return to holders if escrow release conditions are not met by August 30, 2024.
