In connection with the improved exchange ratio, Robex has issued an addendum to its management information circular, rescheduled the special shareholder meeting to 30 December 2025 with revised proxy and CDI voting deadlines, and its board of directors—following advice from an independent special committee and external advisors—has unanimously reaffirmed that the transaction is in Robex’s best interests and financially fair, urging shareholders to vote in favour of the arrangement resolution, a step that could significantly advance Predictive’s growth strategy and alter Robex’s ownership structure.
