Predictive Discovery Limited has announced the issuance of 24,250,000 Executive Performance Rights under a new class code, which are unquoted equity securities not currently tradable on ASX. These securities, issued as part of an employee incentive scheme on June 20, 2024, are subject to a restriction on transfer until the end of the restriction period. This move aligns with the company’s strategy to incentivize performance and retain key executives.
