Precia Group Sells Creative IT to Strategic Buyer

Precia SA (FR:ALPM) has released an update.

Precia Group has divested its Creative IT subsidiary to Total Specific Solutions (TSS), with Creative IT’s €3.6 million turnover constituting 2.1% of Precia’s consolidated turnover. The sale aligns with Precia’s strategy to focus on digitalizing industrial processes at a more fundamental level, while Creative IT will benefit from TSS’s robust network of software publishers under the global Constellation Software Inc. umbrella.
