Praemium Limited has reported an 11.4% increase in yearly revenue to $82.7 million, however, the company’s net profit before tax fell by 15.4% and profit after tax plummeted by 42% to $8.75 million. Despite a challenging year, the company declared a final dividend of 1 cent per share, with the payment date set for September 19, 2024. The firm also acquired OneVue Wealth Services Ltd and related entities on April 15, 2024, which did not contribute to profits in the reporting period.
