Prada SpA has announced the appointment of Mr. Yoël Zaoui as the Chairman of the Audit and Risk Committee, effective July 15, 2024. The announcement also provided details on the roles and functions of the members of the Board of Directors and its various committees, which include Executive Directors and Independent Non-Executive Directors, all contributing to the governance of the company.
