PPK Group Limited has announced a special in-specie dividend, offering shareholders one Li-S Energy Limited share for every 3.5 PPK shares held. The move is part of PPK’s strategy to deconsolidate and focus on its core businesses, while remaining the largest shareholder in Li-S Energy. Eligible shareholders will receive the fully franked dividend on October 31, 2024, with provisions made for foreign shareholders to sell their dividend shares via an agent.
