Pozzi Milano S.P.A. ( (IT:POZ) ) has shared an announcement.
Pozzi Milano approved its first full-year consolidated financial statements for 2025, reporting revenues of €25.9 million, value of production of €26.8 million, EBITDA of €3 million with an 11.2% margin, EBIT of €2.5 million, and net profit of €1.5 million. Net financial debt was contained at €0.2 million and shareholders’ equity reached €10.8 million, underscoring a solid capital structure.
Management said 2025 marked the transition from a construction to an execution phase, with integration of recent acquisitions driving operational and commercial synergies. International sales accounted for about 59% of consolidated revenues and 66% at the parent company level, confirming foreign markets as a key growth engine despite a generally weak sector backdrop.
The consolidation perimeter now includes Pozzi Milano, Pozzi Brand Diffusion, Mascagni Casa, and Venditio, making 2025 the first year of published group consolidated data. The company reported that disciplined working-capital management and a shift from short-term to medium-long term financing improved liquidity and enabled reabsorption of debt tied to investments.
For the parent company alone, revenues rose 8.3% year on year to €21.5 million, supported by a diversified product offering and agile commercial strategy. Management emphasized that these results validate Pozzi Milano’s internationalization strategy and expanded brand portfolio as it seeks balanced, long-term growth in a challenging market environment.
The most recent analyst rating on (IT:POZ) stock is a Buy with a EUR1.25 price target. To see the full list of analyst forecasts on Pozzi Milano S.P.A. stock, see the IT:POZ Stock Forecast page.
